    感怀往昔·选择正确的人·续

    优质管理的四大要素:
    ·选择正确的人。
    ·为他们分配正确的工作。
    ·保持他们的积极性。
    ·帮助团队凝聚起来并保持团队的凝聚力。
    (除此之外的一切都只是“文案”)

          可惜的是,这种在欧美国家看来很容易解决的问题在中国几乎是一种“不可完成的任务”,几千年的这种“关系”文化深深的沉淀让做出选择的时候很容易出现前面提到的第二种情况,可以毫不夸张的说,这可苦也是国内IT行业长期不振的重要原因之一。而试图改变这种情况的人,就个人和小企业而言,无一例外最后不得好死;而就大企业而言,往往会变味为“上有政策,下有对策”。包括在国内投资建立分公司的欧美企业,也有或多或少的这种情况出现。常常听见你周围的人感叹“又被关系户挤掉了……”不知道在一般人看来是什么样的感觉,但是就搞技术的人而言,这不能不让你感到这是一个行业的悲哀,不能不让人对这个行业的未来深深的担忧。
          要解决这一问题,从大而不切实际的方面来说,需要通过对国民的长期教育影响来改变郑重不正常的心态。从小而实在一点的方面来说,几乎没有合适的快速的方法,唯有通过明确的定立规定并严格执行来实现。此外还有一个办法:对开发的项目严格的保密,在这种情况下寻找合适的人选并进行严格的筛选。直到确定了合适的,正确的团队成员之后,才能将项目予以公开,在无法同一种社会的习惯唱反调的时候,我们只能让本来光明的事业进入暗处。希望若干年后,中国人不会再有这种悲哀。
